The size of the rooms.
Had an awful view and the toilet seat was broken.

When I checked in the girl at the desk was very unfriendly. She just said her thing and that was that. There was no friendly interaction or anything. Turned me off immediately. I will probably not stay there again because of it. ...read more

Nice staff, modest price, and helpful van drivers.
Location.

Mickey D's a and a sandwich place are all to eat. Hard to walk about at night, so used shuttle. Limited area they will cover. Breakfast area is too small and is swamped in the morning. Good variety of cereals and waffles and yogurt though. ...read more

The room was gorgeous, loved how the living area was separate from bedroom.
The exterior/parking lot was somewhat sketchy. Not in walking distance to Fenway, Fanueil Hall, etc.

We found this hotel to be good for the money we spent. It was a nice added touch to be offered warm cookies upon check in. We loved the layout of the room, the bedroom itself was gorgeous. My boyfriend enjoyed how the room had 2 televisions! The only complaint is the smell that filled the bathroom after the shower was used. It seemed to be coming from the drain in the bathtub, and it was horrendous. ...read more

Nothing.
The entire hotel.

The hotel is a run down old brick building in a terrible spot in Boston. The only parking behind a fence at a gas station.
I had to walk out, a very busy road to get into the hotel.
I had found this hotel by looking up hotels with pools. The hotel had no pool. The kids were upset because they wanted to go swimming.
I ended up spending 45 minutes calling around to find another hotel with a pool. To top it off,
I was still charged for the first night, which
I did not spend there.

Close to transit, very friendly, very clean.
Cool enough to keep windows open (4th floor) but noisy outside.

Was unfamiliar with Boston, but for mobility, this was a reasonable location. No restaurant in motel, but we had planned accordingly so it was not an issue. Hotel shuttle very convenient, made several trips and driver was very accommodating. ...read more

Quick maintenance service.
Female front desk staff.

Front desk staff was unhelpful when assisting with transportation. The hotel offed shuttle to train stops, but they canceled it on Sunday May 17, leaving travelers to fend for themselves once they got off at a train stop. Front desk staff said you'll have to deal with it. The actual shuttle drivers were very helpful and friendly. The female front desk staff was unfriendly, unwilling to go out of their way to help where we in the end, made our own travel arrangements at one point, they even gave away our taxi we called because an older couple was very upset with the front desk lack of assistance. Rather than deal with the situation, they told the couple to take our taxi. ...read more
